Turnaround Time:

Our typical processing time, including delivery, ranges from 7 to 14 business days. It is important to note that this is an average estimate and not a guaranteed timeframe.

To calculate the 7-14 day period, we begin counting from the moment the invoice is processed and all order details, such as product information, sizing, and artwork, are confirmed and approved.

Please be aware that certain circumstances beyond the control of InkDustry Designs Corp., such as weather delays or shipping errors by the supplier, may require additional time and are not accounted for in the initial turnaround estimate. Additionally, please take into consideration that we are closed on national holidays, which will extend the turnaround time for your order.

The average turnaround time is provided as a general guideline and should not be considered a guarantee. For orders with strict deadlines or specific delivery dates that must be met, we kindly request that customers provide us with their drop-dead due date, even if it falls later than the average 7-14 day turnaround time. This will ensure that we can guarantee and fulfill the delivery requirements.

It is important to reiterate that our average turnaround time is not a guarantee.

Shipping & Handling:

InkDustry Designs Corp. cannot be responsible for any shipping delays caused by the shipping company or courier used as part of the delivery process.

Print, Embroidery & Product Quality:

Philosophy:

InkDustry Designs Corp. accepts all orders with a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. We take pride in our ability to deliver exceptional results that not only meet but often surpass industry standards. Each order is approached with the intention of ensuring a successful and outstanding outcome. We carefully consider our compatibility with the project requirements before accepting any order, as we believe in providing a tailored service that aligns with our expertise and capabilities.

 Color Accuracy:

Please be aware that due to discrepancies in computer screen settings, the colors of ink, thread, and shirt may not appear perfectly accurate in mock-ups or digital resources provided by us.

While we make every effort to accurately represent colors in the online resources we provide, it's important to note that various factors such as lighting conditions, different phone or monitor displays, and dye lots can introduce variables that affect color matching. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee precise color accuracy due to these external factors beyond our control. 

Collar, Seam, Pockets & Zipper Printing/Embroidery:

When printing or embroidering near or over the collar, seams, or other edges or garment features, there is a possibility of encountering inconsistencies in registration, hooping, and decoration coverage. It is important to note that we do not advise printing over or near seams or other garment features for regular customer orders. If these specific print locations are chosen for design or fashion reasons, please be aware that all products produced in such areas will be considered acceptable goods and will not be eligible for reprinting.

Misprints:

While misprints are infrequent, it is important to acknowledge that they can occur in all printing industries for various reasons.

If a true misprint happens, which refers to a significant printing error surpassing the general quality concerns specified in the Print and Product Quality section (refer to the provided list), we will arrange for a re-print of the affected item. In the printing industry, it is common to experience underruns. An underrun refers to a situation where the quantity delivered falls within a 10% tolerance range of the requested order size. In such cases, an underrun will be considered an acceptable delivery and will be invoiced based on the actual number of products and prints delivered. To clarify, if there is a situation where shirts are destroyed during the printing process and the delivered quantity is lower than the originally ordered amount, this is considered acceptable and is considered a normal occurrence within the printing industry. It is recognized that such incidents are inherent to the nature of the printing process. 

If you have a strict requirement for exact quantities, we strongly recommend ordering extra garments. This is particularly important for situations such as preorders or when fulfilling specific team member requests. It's important to consider that misprints can occur, and it may not be feasible to reconfigure the printing setup for a single garment. For instance, if you are ordering a single Extra Small garment for your child, there is a possibility that this particular item may encounter a misprint. In such cases, it would be more practical to order additional garments to account for any potential printing issues or discrepancies.

What Constitutes a True Misprint:

  1. Substantial deviation from the approved design or artwork.
  2. Color variations that are noticeably different from the intended colors.
  3. Blurred or distorted images or text that make the print illegible or visually unappealing.
  4. Placement errors where the print is noticeably off-center or in the wrong location.
  5. Major flaws or defects in the printing process that significantly affect the overall appearance or quality of the printed item.

To ensure a timely resolution for any misprint claims or reprint eligibility concerns, we require that all such claims be submitted within 24 hours of the delivery date. Please send an email to Hello@inkdustry.ca to initiate your claim.

If our team is found responsible for any errors in your order, as outlined in the aforementioned sections, we are committed to accepting responsibility for the identified issues. We will take the necessary steps to address the concerns and find a suitable solution.

We appreciate your cooperation in promptly submitting your claim and providing the necessary details. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction, and we will work diligently to resolve any issues to the best of our ability.

Clothing / Product Disclaimer:

We do not assume responsibility for manufacturer defects, including color inconsistencies, stitching errors, mislabeled garments, loose/inconsistent stitching, or other garment defects such as holes or ripped seams. While we make efforts to inspect the garments during the printing process, we cannot guarantee each individual garment's condition as we are not the manufacturers. To mitigate the risk of any potential issues, we highly recommend ordering an additional 5% of each size if an exact count is crucial for your order.

It's important to note that some manufacturers may perform over-dying on their garments, which involves re-dyeing them after the initial manufacturing stage. This process can be done for various reasons, such as color correction or selling garments that did not sell well initially (e.g., dyeing purple shirts black to increase their marketability). As a result, we cannot provide a 100% guarantee of exact color consistency when using discharge printing or discharge-based services (such as Premium Standard). The most noticeable impact may be on white ink prints, which might exhibit a slight off-white tinge, although other colors may also be affected to some extent.

Manufacture Out of Stocks / Back-orders:

InkDustry Designs Corp. assumes no responsibility for any delays, inconveniences, or losses arising from items that are out of stock. While we make efforts to identify items with potential stock issues, please note that all garments are ordered after your order is placed, and we cannot guarantee their availability.

The inventory of blank products from various brands, styles, colors, and sizes is constantly changing, leading to fluctuations in stock availability. Products that are in stock today may become unavailable tomorrow. To manage this, we maintain a list of replaceable items to offer alternatives when specific products are out of stock.

Orders in Progress:

Once an order is processed, typically within minutes, it cannot be canceled or modified. This policy is in place due to the simultaneous initiation of multiple processes aimed at ensuring timely order fulfillment. These processes include pre-press artwork separations, contacting suppliers and ordering blank shirts, preparing worksheets, and mixing inks, among others.

The prompt execution of these processes is crucial to maintaining our commitment to delivering orders in a timely manner. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been processed. We kindly ask customers to carefully review their order details before finalizing the purchase to ensure accuracy and satisfaction.

In the event that changes or adjustments are required after an order has been processed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee that modifications will be possible, we will make every effort to assist you within the constraints of our operational processes.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our cancellation policy, as it enables us to provide efficient and reliable service to all our valued customers.

Regular Wear & Tear for the Clothing we Provide:

InkDustry Designs Corp. will not assume responsibility for any fading or weathering of goods after they have left our facility. Once a product is in the hands of the customer, we have no control over the environmental factors and conditions it may encounter, including wash temperature, abrasiveness, soaps, chemicals, and other variables.

To ensure the longevity and vibrancy of the printed image, we strongly recommend following our recommended care instructions: machine wash cold, inside out, and line dry (preferred) or tumble dry low for all prints. These guidelines help maintain the integrity of the print and promote image longevity.

Our prints are cured and inks set to or above industry standards, and we do not anticipate any issues with their durability over the life of the garment. It's important to note that wear and tear over time add character to garments, and we are proud to share that customers who engage in physically demanding professions (such as construction workers, fitness studios, mechanics, etc.) have reported no issues with product quality, longevity, or durability, even when not strictly adhering to our laundering recommendations.

While we strive to provide high-quality products that meet or exceed industry standards, it is important to consider individual usage and care practices when assessing the longevity of the printed design.

 General:

The failure of either party to enforce strict performance of any provision in this Agreement or exercise any right or remedy granted under this Agreement shall not be deemed as a waiver of that provision or right. Such failure to enforce or exercise shall not release either party from its obligations under this Agreement.

Any waiver of any provision in this Agreement shall only be effective if it is explicitly stated as a waiver and is signed by both parties.

The laws of Canada govern these terms and conditions.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and consent to the terms and conditions outlined herein. You also agree that any disputes arising from such access or related to the agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Canadian courts.

If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable for any reason, including the exclusions and limitations stated above, that specific provision will be severed from these terms, while the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

The failure of the company to enforce any provisions stated in these terms and conditions, or the failure to exercise any right to terminate, shall not be interpreted as a waiver of such provisions. It will not affect the validity of these terms and conditions, any agreement, or any part thereof. The company reserves the right to enforce each and every provision as necessary.
